01Introduction

04Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered account on martm88. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. martm88 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify martm88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. martm88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

05Terms of Use

By accessing and using the martm88 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

06Deposits & Withdrawals

martm88 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
• martm88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals typically require account verification before funds are released.

07Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus terms apply across all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the martm88 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referal to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using the platform whilst under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to manipulate any game outcome through collusion, cheating, or any other means.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographical restrictions or access controls.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud of any kind. Any chargeback initiated without valid grounds will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of funds through legal means.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards martm88 staff or other members.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the martm88 platform without written authorisation.

09Intellectual Property

All content published on the martm88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, website architecture, written content, game interfaces, graphics, software, and proprietary features — is the exclusive intellectual property of martm88 or its duly licensed third-party providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works of any platform content without the express prior written consent of martm88.

Game content hosted on the martm88 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. All such content is used under licence from those providers and is subject to the respective provider's intellectual property rights.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, martm88, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any service interruptions, technical failures, or errors that are outside of martm88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers whose games are hosted on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11Responsible Gambling

12Account Suspension & Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any indication that the account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your financial institution.
• Maintenance of multiple accounts on the platform.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of21 years.

Upon account termination for cause, martm88 reserves the right to withold funds pending investigation. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. Should you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Your remaining real-money balance (less any pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which martm88 holds its operational licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve their legal rights.
